Download WeddingMate App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, find any Elyna Premum Vendors with badges of Elyna Pass Discount

2. Chat and meet with vendor

Check vendor profile to find what they offer. If you are interested, chat and discuss the best packages and deals. Set up a meeting to finalise the booking

3. Show your Elyna Pass to vendor

Once you agree to confirm the booking with the vendor, you can show your Elyna Pass Card to enjoy the instant discount

Get Elyna Pass

User will receive Elyna Pass Card with Elyna Pass membership ID

User can use Elyna Pass in all 30 wedding categories for one time only

Make Booking

Once agree to make booking, show Elyna Pass Card to wedding vendor for verification

Confirmation

Wedding vendor will submit a customer booking form to Wedding Mate for validation and confirmation

Provide Accurate Information

Ensure you provide and complete accurate details on your account registration for a smooth experience between you and vendor. 

Find vendor with ELYNA PASS Discount

You need to download the WeddingMate App and find any Elyna Premium Vendor badge with ELYNA PASS Discount.

Show card to enjoy discount

When you meet up with any Elyna Premium Vendor and want to make a booking,  you just show your IC and Elyna Pass card to get the instant discount.

Prohibited Actions

Don't

Non-Transferable

Only the sole owner of the card can use the pass as it is non-transferable. If we discover someone beside card owner using the card, your membership pass will be terminated with immediate effect. 

Non-Exchangeable

The Elyna Pass is non-exchangeable for cash. You are not allowed to sell it to any third party. It violates our terms and conditions and legal action can be taken against you. 

No Modifications

You are not allowed to make any adjustments on your card such as name change and design modifications.

No Replacement

You cannot replace your Elyna Pass Card if gets lost or damaged. But you can still use your membership ID with vendor. 

No Amendments

Once the booking is confirmed, the discount only applicable from the first quotation/invoice only and non-applicable for any changes afterward.
