Term & Condition For User Registration

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering as a user on our platform. By completing the registration process, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

To register as a user, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Account Creation:

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and any other requested details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that they are not shared with unauthorized individuals.

User Responsibilities:

By registering as a user, you agree to:

  1. Provide truthful and accurate information and promptly update it as necessary.
  2. Use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Respect the intellectual property rights of others and not engage in any unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted materials.
  4. Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior when interacting with other users and adhere to any community guidelines or code of conduct specified by the platform.
  5. Assume responsibility for any activities conducted through your user account.
    Users must report to us if they find out that Elyna vendors don’t give the discount in the total invoice which they have breached the Terms and Conditions.

Member Card Usage:

As a registered user, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the digital/physical card and its features for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection:

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By registering as a user, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions. You may also request to terminate your account by contacting us directly once you complete all categories and you are entitled to win a monthly prize.
Users can’t share Elyna Pass to any friends, family or outsiders. If we notice there’s a transaction from outsiders, we reserve a right to terminate the Elyna Pass.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the pass after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability:

We strive to provide a reliable Elyna Pass, but we cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Elyna Pass. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Elyna Pass or its features.

By registering as a user, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from registering on our platform.

  2. Users must report to us if they discover that Elyna vendors do not give the discount in the total invoice in which they would have breached the terms and conditions.
Membership Usage:
  1. As a registered user, you are granted an exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the card and its features for personal use. You may not duplicate, transfer, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the digital and/or physical cards.

Termination:

  2. Users cannot share Elyna Pass to any friends, family, non-members and any other third parties. If we notice there is a transaction from non-members or third parties, we reserve the right to terminate your Elyna Pass membership.

  1. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the pass after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms & conditions.
